| This plugin creates an admin panel that makes it possible to assign icons with categories. To each category you can assign two images - icon and small icon. A template tag/function to include category icon into templates is also exposed. |

There is a new version of the plugin : 1.6. I’m planning to publish the 1.7 version very soon as it passed the beta stage.

Ivan Georgiev is no longer maintaining the plugin. I’m the maintainer, now : Brahim Machkouri.
A new version is available at Category icons 1.7.6.
